    "MUSCLE UP AND WIN BIG"

It’s Time to Shift the Focus: Build Muscle, Not Just Drop Pounds! You’ve seen it. Maybe you’ve lived it. You commit to TFC’s 6-week bootcamp, show up for every workout, give it 100%, clean up your eating, and the numbers on the scale drop. Mission complete? Not quite. The Missing Link in Most Fitness Journeys Losing weight doesn’t automatically mean you’re getting healthier. In fact, if you’re shedding muscle along with fat, you are doing more harm than good. You could be slowing your metabolism, weakening your body, and ending up with the dreaded “skinny fat” look – thin on the outside but carrying a ....

"At What Age Did You Stop Deserving Breakfast?"

July 25, 2025 "At What Age Did You Stop Deserving Breakfast?" Over the years I’ve asked my clients a simple question: “Do you eat breakfast?” Most say no and look at me like, “Why do you, LOL?”
So then I ask, “Are you a parent?”
Almost always, the answer is yes. “Do you feed your children breakfast?” Absolutely.
 “Why?” I hear from them:
“Because it’s the most important meal of the day.” or “I want them to have energy and to be able to think straight”. So, I ask them, “If breakfast is so important for your kids, why don’t you think you ....

  • CREATE YOUR FIT CIRCLE

    CREATE YOUR FIT CIRCLE

It began with a personal passion. My nephew discovered skating a couple of years ago, and it quickly became more than just a hobby. He devoted countless hours to mastering tricks, finding a sense of peace in the rhythm of the wheels, and falling deeply in love with the sport. However, the next action surprised the family. Instead of keeping this new passion to himself, he invested in skates for his younger brother and a few of his friends. Naturally, we were a little shocked.
"Why would you spend that much?" we asked. His answer was simple: “I just want my brother and friends to hang out and skate with me." And that’s precisely what happened.
 They started ....

  • WHO IS IN CHARGE OF YOUR BODY?

WHO IS IN CHARGE OF YOUR BODY?

July 11, 2025 “Who is in CHARGE of your body? Vacations and holiday fun can take a real toll on our bodies. When people travel, attend cookouts, or gather for summer festivities, healthy eating and proper hydration are often the first things forgotten. This week alone, several clients shared that they were feeling bloated or constipated. Now, I do have a great product that can help with both issues – and I’ll get to that in just a minute. But first, I came across a joke that had me laughing and thinking. Then I will share the testimony of a current bootcamp client who found real relief with our 7-Day Cleanse. Who’s Really in Charge? All ....

  • Who is Mimicking You?

    Who is Mimicking You?

June 28, 2025 "Who is mimicking you?" Last bootcamp I had the guys at the 5AM session end our class with the cooldown. And as always, I began my announcements, but before I could finish, the men in the class started mimicking me! And not just halfway, either – they nailed every phrase, every gesture. Everyone was doubled over in laughter. I was laughing so hard I had tears coming down my face and my stomach hurting from laughing so much. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. But not everyone feels that way about being mimicked. Check this story out. A Grandma had just made it to the top of the stairs, breathing a little heavier than she'd like to admit. She ....

    “No Rain, No Flowers"

May 30, 2025 “No Rain, No Flowers" Can you believe Atlanta has been drenched in rain for over a week? Social media is buzzing with frustrated people with complaints about traffic, disrupted plans, and dreary skies. But for me, this rain has been a blessing! I’m very excited because I recently planted several trees and plants, and this stretch of rainfall is exactly what my trees needed to thrive. And I look forward to a beautiful garden. Instead of viewing the rain as a nuisance, I see it as nature’s way of nurturing life, bringing a multitude of benefits, both to the environment and to our daily lives. Beyond that, rain brings incredible benefits – it ....

What's with all the NAD+ Hype!

May 24, 2025 “What’s with all the NAD+ Hype?” What's all the Hype? Well besides the long name, NAD+ (Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide), has been gaining a lot of attention lately due to its crucial role in various biological processes. Although I’ve been in the medical field for over 30 plus years it wasn’t until the last few years, I've been hearing of NAD+. Since I opened our wellness center, I have attended a lot of IV or health conferences and NAD+ is all the rage. I mean these folks line up for hours at these conferences to get the infusion. NAD+ as a compound has been known for over a century, its administration as a supplement has become ....

    “Finding Your Fitness Family”

May 17, 2025 “Finding Your Fitness Family ” Staying motivated to exercise regularly can be tough – but one of the most effective ways to stay on track and reach your fitness goals is by working out with others. Group fitness not only creates a supportive and energetic environment, but it also brings a host of physical and mental health benefits that can transform your wellness journey. Is a fitness camp for you? If you are anything like me, the answer is yes. I learned early on that I thrive with group support. At just seven years old, I cheered for the Westside Cubs. I loved being around like-minded people who shared the same ....

    “Think You’ve Hit a Plateau?”

May 9, 2025 “Think You’ve Hit a Plateau?” Wow the first 2 weeks of bootcamp flew by so fast! Time is relative; it moves slowly or fast depending on each individual’s experience. As a kid, Christmas felt like it took forever to come, especially the last two weeks before. This is also how some feel about losing weight and getting healthy. Two weeks in, and they expect the weight to just drop off because they worked out for the first time in a long time consistently. In reality, losing weight and gaining weight work in the same time frame. Either you use the weeks to get healthy, or you’re sure to gain. This week, I called a client who ....

  • SIT DOWN...BE HUMBLE!

    SIT DOWN...BE HUMBLE!

What an amazing first week of bootcamp. We’re seeing lots and lots of brand-new members. I love this, especially seeing all the couples or siblings that joined together. A word that I heard a lot this week was “humbling.” It first came up when I was going over the FIT3d body scans and was echoed loudly during the PT testing. One young lady was like, “Who knew not being able to do a push up or touch my toes would be such a humbling experience?” She went on to say, “I knew I was getting out of shape, but I didn’t realize how bad I really was.” Being humbled affects people differently. For me, it fuels my determination to learn ....
