- Daily check-ins for accountability, motivation, and progress tracking
- Fit3D body scans to monitor muscle gain – because real transformation goes beyond the scale
Who Can Join?
- Open to all TFC members – bootcampers, class participants, or personal training clients
- Complete three Fit3D body scans: one at the start, one at the midpoint, and one at the end
- Scans are included with the bootcamp? All other programs there is an additional fee. Scans are $35 for one or $75 for three
- You can also use reward points toward scans!
