July 17, 2026 "The Goal Doesn't Take Vacation"
This week, I had the opportunity to spend a week on a family reunion cruise. While I was making memories with family, it was also Week 4 of our Bootcamp.
After nearly 18 years in business, this trip reminded me of something powerful. It reminded me that fitness, and life, should never depend on just one person. I left with complete peace, knowing that Team Tadda had it covered.
As I watched the workout videos each day and received feedback. I couldn’t have been more proud. The trainers delivered incredible workouts, the energy in the room was electric, and, most importantly, our members showed up. They stayed committed to themselves and to the process.
Life changes. Schedules change. Coaches change. Circumstances change. But your commitment to your health shouldn’t.
Too often, people stop when their favorite instructor is out, when their workout partner cancels, or when life becomes inconvenient. Progress doesn’t come from perfect conditions, it comes from consistency through change.
One thing I loved seeing was that no one used my absence as an excuse. Instead, everyone embraced the opportunity to keep moving, encouraging one another and trusting the process.
And I did the same.
Vacation wasn’t a week off from my health, it was simply a different way to stay committed. I planned my meals, made wise choices, stayed hydrated, walked around the second largest cruise ship, clocking in 17-20,000 steps a day, stretched daily, and enjoyed quality time with my family.
Progress doesn’t require perfection; it requires intention.
That’s the lesson I hope you carry into this week:
Don’t let changes in your environment change your commitment.
Whether you go on vacation, your trainer is away, your routine gets interrupted, or life throws you a curveball, keep showing up. Adapt. Adjust. Keep moving.
Because the goal has never been to depend on a person.
The goal is to build a lifestyle that lasts.
Challenge for this week: Ask yourself, “Am I committed to my goals, or am I only committed when everything goes according to plan?”
Keep showing up.
Keep striving.
Keep becoming the healthiest version of yourself. No Mess
