Today is official the first day of spring and we are also officially at the MIDPOINT of bootcamp… 3 weeks down, 3 to go!

Spring is a new season, new energy. We're coming out of winter, shedding layers (literally and mentally) and stepping into growth.

 

And let’s be honest…

 

This is where it gets REAL.

The soreness lingers…

The alarms hit harder…

The excuses start whispering…

  •  Wear a mask or buff on high pollen days
