March 6, 2026 “Shift Happens”
There’s a phrase people like to say…
"Shift happens"
And this Bootcamp?
I feel it. Something is moving in our community. The energy is different. The commitment is different. The hunger for change is different.
And our Team Up to Slim Down Challenge is proof. We already have 14 teams registered the biggest team challenge we’ve ever had. Why?
Because people are ready.
- Ready to stop talking about change and start doing something about it.
- Ready to show up for themselves.
- Ready to lean on teammates for support.
- Ready to be pushed, encouraged, and celebrated.
And that’s when real transformation happens.
Life Requires Shifting Gears
If you’ve ever driven a stick shift, you know one thing for sure:
You can’t reach the next level without shifting gears.
Fitness works the same way.
If you want different results, you must shift something:
• your workouts
• your eating habits
• your sleep
• your recovery
• your mindset
Progress requires movement.
Movement requires shifting.
Perfect Timing
And maybe it’s no coincidence that I’m feeling this shift right now.
In a few days, I’ll be celebrating my 55th birthday - "The Speed Limit".
And what I’ve learned over these years is this:
Life isn’t about rushing.
It’s about evolving.
It’s about growing.
It’s about embracing the changes that come with every season.
Right now, I’m embracing the shifts in my body, my mindset, and my purpose.
And watching so many of you shift into healthier, stronger versions of yourselves…
That’s the greatest gift I could ask for.
