Sliding, Spinning, Smiling & Showing Up - No Mess!
Family… whew! If Week One is any sign of how we’re rolling through this holiday season, then baby, we’re about to finish 2025 strong, joyful, hydrated, healthy - and No Mess!
This first week was packed with laughs, sweat, spiritual refills, and pure holiday magic inside Tadda’s Fitness Center. Let’s run it back, because YOU all showed out.
⭐ SLIDING INTO THE SEASON (LITERALLY!)
Nonstop John came out the gate with the gliders and suddenly we were sliding into the holidays - no snow required. 🤣
Forward slides, sideways scrambles, to y’all spinning around like ornaments tumbling off the tree… it was a equal parts comedy show and workout.
And just when you thought it couldn’t get any wilder, John dropped the “Sit & Spin 2.0.”
Who needs the childhood toy when John got y’all sitting on gliders. Core on fire and nonstop laughter = holiday fitness at its finest!
🌀 RELAY CHALLENGES & HOLIDAY CHEERS
Week One relays brought ALL the energy:
• Hit the Tail Challenge Protect the tail while balls flew from every direction. The screaming? The strategy? The chaos? Iconic.
• Wheelbarrow + Roll + Wheelbarrow Relay — Why stop at one move when you can do three back-to-back?
• Macrena Plank Challenge — Core, Upper-body strength + rollovers = FUN.
• Holiday Partner Races — The cheering alone could power the Christmas lights on the whole block.
Bootcamp isn’t just about strength — it’s about remembering that fitness can feel like PLAY.
🎁 HOLIDAY SPIRIT ON FULL DISPLAY
The festive outfits this week were top-tier!
Elf socks, Santa hats, Grinch shirts, glitter, bows… y’all came READY to spread joy.
And trust me, the world needs more of that right now.
So keep the outfits coming. Spark joy wherever you go.
