Juice your way to a Clean Palate

 

There are so many ways to jump start your health and fitness journey and cleaning your palate is a great way to start.  New dietary programs like our nutritional meal plan, plant based, paleo, etc. But have you thought about juicing. There are many health benefits to juicing. Juicing makes it easier to get your daily dose of fruits and vegetables. And a juice cleanse can jump start weight loss and rid your body of harmful toxins.
