Dave O'Garro
Dave O’Garro was born in Antigua and is married with two children, and two grandchildren. After graduating high school and attending college for two years, he joined the United States Army and began his fitness journey where he became a Master Fitness trainer. He is currently employed by Atlanta Public Schools as a JROTC Instructor, where he teaches leadership, health and fitness, marksmanship and team building to young men and women. His strong passion for fitness led him to earn numerous physical fitness awards, while helping others to achieve their fitness goals. Dave currently instructs spin classes several days per week and provides personal consultation on health and fitness. His competitive drive keeps him yearning to achieve higher fitness levels and motivate others to achieve new heights as well.
