Christy Flynn is an original Georgia Peach raised in SW Atlanta, GA. She is a wife, mother of 4, and an entrepreneur passionate about fitness and wellness. Fitness for her dates back to middle school years as an all-around athlete in basketball, cheer, and track & field. Her supplemental favorites are the Super Fat Burner, B12 shots, Alkaline Water, and the Seven Day Cleanse. She enjoys showing others what their bodies can do with various workouts and developing a strong core.
