Today I’m highlighting Henry Goshay “Josh”, he is one of the most prompt and mean what he says kind of person. As a trainer and friend I appreciate that quality in him, he’s always one I can count on.
When he was a client he was true to his meal plan booklet. Always honest and would have no problem paying the consequences if he cheated. He’s highly competitive so you know he’s in TFC’s “Hall of Fame”. I saw his dedication and passion for fitness and knew he would be a perfect fit for TFC as a trainer. 5 1/2 years ago Josh became a trainer and turned TFC upside down when he brought P90x, CardioKickboxing, WORKTIME and Spin to the mix. Not only does he help with the bootcamp he consistently teaches 3-4 times a week at TFC.
In 1986 Josh was drafted into the major leagues. He played baseball for the LA Dodgers…how impressive. He’s still very passionate about baseball that he plays on a adult league with his Omega Psi Phi brothers.
Josh has been married for 21 years has 2 children which are his pride and joy. On top of teaching at TFC, Josh coaches AAU girls basketball of which they are nationally ranked and have won several championships.
Josh has a Bachelors in Accounting and a Masters in Business. Oh my trainers don’t play. He’s the Accounts Manager for Arby’s Corporation with over 20 years of restaurant accounting experience.
Just a couple weeks ago we had the honor of surprising and celebrating Josh’s 50th birthday. A life truly worth celebrating.
As stern as Josh can be to many, I am blessed to witness the soft hearted, God fearing, protective, will go the extra mile kind of man. With all of his accolade he truly could be on a professional circuit training professional athletes however I’m grateful he loves TFC clients and team as much as we love him. No Mess
