Celebrate "15" with Us!

 

Welcome to Camp 5, New and OG Tadda’s Fitness Center Members.  We are celebrating our 15-year anniversary of being in the business of health and fitness. We have moved from a room at the hospital, to a room next to a doctor’s office, to our own building. And all of you that have participated in some capacity; engaged in a camp or a training session or a class, have become family and I am so excited for this camp, to celebrate with all my fit family.

 

We have had so many successes, weight losses, so many individuals coming off medication, transforming their bodies and their lives, and so many families getting fit together. We want to celebrate this milestone with you because many of you have been a big part of the success and we want to thank you.

The essence of the number 15 includes health and healing and family. The number has a sense of adventure and a versatile wit. The number 15's priorities are family harmony and health, which is a perfect fit for TFC.  I strive for us to be one big healthy and harmonious fit family.

We are going to celebrate this 15-year anniversary with a bang, and we want you to join in the celebration in your own way. Saturday, September 23 we are celebrating the anniversary with block party, raffles and giveaways, games, food and so much more. That is why I want you to use this camp to celebrate the number 15 with us. Pick a goal or goals for this camp that involve the number 15 or multiples of 15. Write them down in your meal plan or post them on a wall somewhere you can see every day from now until the end of camp.

 

Examples of Goals: We just completed PT Test this week. If you haven’t been able to do 15 pushups, make it your goal to do 15 pushups by the end of this camp. If you have done more than 15 add 15 to your current number and make that your goal. Add 15 more sit-ups to your current number or hold your stretch for 15 seconds.

 

There are so many ways you can create goals with the number 15. Try drinking 15, 8-ounce glasses of water a day. Meditate for 15 minutes a day. And if you are more daring you can double your numbers. If you sit at a desk, get up from your desk every 15 minutes and stretch. Do a 15 second plank every day and add 15 more seconds each day or week to grow a stronger core. Try to see if you can add 15 minutes more sleep every night. Check with me about how much protein you are getting and how much you should be getting, and I bet most of you could add 15 more grams of protein to your daily diet.

 

So, I challenge you to pick a healthy goal and see how you can add the number 15 to it and then start doing it.  As you can see there are so many ways you can incorporate the number 15 into your goal planning for this camp. Just think about an area you are weak in or need more consistency and see where the number 15 works.  It can be as simple as only 15 minutes a day on all social media, 15 minutes of fresh air a day. It’s not that hard. Share your new goal with your TFC friends and family and hold each other accountable. Imagine how much that new goal will improve your life and how connected you will be to your fit family and also celebrate 15 years of TFC. No Mess!
