From the time I met Sharon I fell in love with her quiet demeanor, soft spoken voice and graceful poise. Sharon exudes what a yogi represents to me.
As a client Sharon was always helpful to others and always up for the challenge. She had a massive sweet tooth and today appreciates a gluten free diet. Sharon still enjoys our bootcamp often helping and hanging out with that “OLG” fit gang. Sharon is proud to be TFC’s oldest trainer. She officially became our yoga instructor 3 years ago. Her classes are phenomenal and clients leave out always more relaxed and better than they arrived.
Sharon is originally from Jamaica and has been teaching Yoga for over 15 years. She has two children Jelani, has his masters from FAMU and Alex who has served in the military and will be graduating from Spelman. Sharon has 3 grandchildren which she adores.
Sharon has her bachelors in fashion illustration in which she was an editor for French Vogue Magazine. She’s been working at AT&T for 25 years as a Content Writer and Team Leader.
Sharon is passionate about teaching Yoga because she says it has saved her life. She first started practicing when caring for her mother who had pancreatic cancer. She found Yoga as a way to destress and strengthen her core. Several years ago Sharon diagnosed with sarcoidosis, which can affect lung function, eyes, and nervous system. Yoga has helped her manage stress and expand her lung capacity.
Sharon as much as Yoga has helped you, you’ve helped to deepen my practice and bring awareness to so many. I feel Yoga is one of the most important classes a person should take and I’m proud to have you on our Team Tadda. Namaste. No Mess
and Spirit by YogaFit.
