Tadda’s Fitness is a health, wellness and fitness center with the primary goals is to give you all the tools you need to succeed.  We are not just a gym.  We have three main focus areas that we feel are vital for you to be successful.  Our first focus is Fitness in which we provided group fitness classes, boot camps, and personal training. Secondly we focus on Nutrition in which we provide meal plans, grocery shopping tours, and Nutritional Counseling.  Lastly we focus on HEALTH in which we provide Vitamin B12 injections, Health Screenings, and CPR training.  Whether a your goal is to lose weight, get in shape, get off your medication, eat better, or just overall feel and look better …Tadda’s Fitness helps you reach your health and fitness goals!

While Tadda’s Fitness has cardio and weight equipment, we are primarily a class-based facility. Our class-based approach to training means members get personal attention in a fun, interactive environment. Our instructors teach the proper techniques and motivate everyone to reach their goals.
