Taddas Fitness Camp

Looking to get on track to a healthy lifestyle in an environment inspiring and motivating. Tadda’s Fitness Camp is for you. Everyday is a new experience to help you achieve your fitness goals.

This camp is for all fitness levels: whether you are right off the couch or training for athletic event.  The camp times are 5AM, 7AM, and 6PM and are all one hour sessions.

The 6 Week camp consists of:

  •  Nutritional Meal Plan
  •  Pre-Assessment
  •  Post-Assessment
  •  Before and After Picture
  •  T-Shirt Upon Completion
  •  100% support to achieve your goals
