Tadda’s Fitness offers great classes every week.  We have classes that are for all levels from the couch potato looking to make a positive change in his or her life all the way to elite professional athletes.  We have helped thousands of people reach their goals.  We look forward to helping you reach yours!

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

ZUMBA
Forget the workout, just lose yourself in the music and find yourself in shape at the original dance-fitness party. Zumba® classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before you know it, you’ll be getting fit and your energy levels will be soaring! It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating.

 

STEP
Get ready for an hour of non-stop workout and fun.  In this class you will tone up your legs and booty by moving up, over and around the step. Developed as a way to get a high intensity, yet low impact workout – this class will improve your coordination by learning choreographed routines that make the hour fly by!

 

SPIN
Spinning classes provide an intense cardio workout while still catering to participants of all fitness levels. Our certified instructors will lead you through a challenging series of courses to maximize your caloric burn. The best part is that you control your own resistance and speed allowing you to continuously progress forward from your current fitness level.

 

WORKTIME-STRENGTH
Work time is a class mix of aerobic exercise, bodyweight exercise, and Olympic weightlifting. It’s strength and conditioning program. Workouts are typically short—30 minutes or less—and intense, demanding all-out physical exertion. They combine movements such as sprinting, rowing, jumping rope, climbing rope, flipping tires, weight lifting, carrying heavy objects, and many bodyweight exercises; equipment used includes barbells, dumbbells, gymnastics rings, pull-up bars, kettlebells, medicine balls, and boxes for box jumps.

 

CARDIO KICKBOXING
Kickboxing blends athletic drills with martial arts to create an intense cardio workout. You can burn as many as 800 calories in a one-hour class and achieve a total body workout.

 

 

WORKTIME- CARDIO
Blast your cardio fitness level through the roof with the best of any type of cardio training the instructor feels like throwing at you! You will challenge your aerobic and anaerobic threshold every time so come prepared to get your cardio on!

YOGA
Yoga is a very personal practice and individual journey for everyone who steps onto the mat. Everyone has their reason; some people use it as a form of exercise, for some it is a time of introspection and meditation and others as a form of social enrichment. No matter what gets you on the mat, remember it is an uplifting practice that promotes physical health and mental wellbeing. In our beginner’s series, we will give you a good foundation with introduction to basic yoga poses, breathing techniques and overall personal awareness.

KETTLEBELL
This 45 minute class will give fast results for strength, endurance and muscle toning by challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic, total body movements.

Kettlebell training will build long lean muscles, improve strength and power in the upper body, core and lower body and increase co-ordination, joint mobility and overall endurance
