• Tadda’s Run Club

    Tadda’s Run Club is a run club for the casual, competitive, master and elite runners and walkers. Membership is open to anyone regardless of pace, age, gender or athletic ability. Through our weekly training, our run club offers opportunity for fun, fitness and socializing with like minded individuals.

    GOALS
    Tadda’s Run Club’s mission is to give you the guidance, coaching and motivation to reach for and achieve your fitness goals-no matter what they might be. We take the individual approach to understanding YOUR definition then coach you every step of the way.

    Tadda’s Run Club will:

    • Promote safety for all runners
    • Prepare runners for races
    • Provide professional coaching
    • Help runners increase endurance
    • Help runners complete a half marathon to a full marathon
    • Promote personal growth

    What you will receive:

    • 3 Instructional training sessions weekly
    • Monday 5am, Wednesday 7:15pm & Saturday 7am *Training & Tracking Booklet

    ACCOMPLISHMENTS

    Community Service:

    • 2012 – Komen for the Cure – raised over $1,200
    • 2013 – Komen for the Cure – raised over $1,700
    • Habitat for Humanity – home building

    Race Accomplishments:

    • 2012 – 18 people ran Myrtle Beach Half Marathon (11 first-time runners)
    • 2013 – 17 people ran Myrtle Beach Half Marathon (7 first-time runners, many ran non-stop)
    • 2013 – 3 Marathoners
